[Bug]: no one can join my session (BE off)

Describe the bug

when im making a only invite session with yim injected and battleye off ( and with FSL), when im inviting someone with BE on, they most of the time cant join, and they are stuck in a infinite loading to session ( i can see that they joined with that alert above the minimap, but they never join and dont show on the Z list), or after like 6 times they restart their game it finally works, sometimes they can join after first try, but thats pretty random (but when they finally join it doesent kick anyone after 5 minutes and everything works

Steps To Reproduce

1. open gta online enchanced
2. inject yim in the start menu
3. go to story mode
4. make an only inv session from there
5. invite someone
6. they either join or they are stuck in a loop

Your DirectX 12 components may be incomplete or corrupted. GTA 5 Enhanced Edition has high requirements for the integrity of DirectX 12 components. You need to check that your drivers and system are up-to-date, and you need to ensure that you have at least C++2012 and the complete x64 and x86 runtime libraries for C++2015~2022. Finally, please verify the integrity of the game after repairing, and restart your computer.
