all players leaving the session after 5 mins ingame everything else works as intendet even though idle kick is disabled by me

I really don't recommend entering public matches, because you never know who might report you. But if you do enter a public match, is there a possibility that users with paid menus are trolling? I've seen players breathe fire before, and then it happened again a few minutes after switching sessions. I think it's possible someone is stalking you and trying to sabotage you.
It's Battleye getting other players to kick themselves because you have BE disabled. You're failing the BE heartbeat (because BE isn't running) and going online with BE means you can't use Yimmenu.
No you cannot patch or fix it. This happens to everyone with BE disabled/turned off.
Your alternative is to get a DMA card and use a DMA cheat. You'd be able to play with BE enabled however you won't be able to use Yimmenu and it costs money to buy the hardware (card, firmware, fuser etc).
