[Request]: Fix for lscm rep in stat editor

Problem

Using the $MPx_CAR_CLUB_REP gives me 1000lvl rep in lscm but the unlocks/wheels/clothing/liveries doesnt come with it

Solution

Maybe lscm rep override option like the rp override option is good and will work like in kiddions back in the day
