[Bug]: RP level not increase after editing at stat editor

Describe the bug

I change my level to 100 in the menu and I followed the steps like after edit the level, find a new session then my level stays the same. It doesn't go to 100. There is a message from Rockstar that says "Your rp level has been set" but still nothing.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open stat editor
2. set $MPx_CHAR_SET_RP_GIFT_ADMIN on stat editor
3. set value
4. Change session
5. Level not change

use 1000 rp multiplier and kill some npcs. i think that stat is used to copy character rp from your other character.
