[Bug]: <can't spawn a vechile or call mechanic with 2+ players in the same session>

Describe the bug

Hi,

my friends and I can successfully use the mod with any functions except one. When we are in the same session, calling mechanic for a vehicle or spawn one from M menu does not work anymore.

We've tried:

1. to spawn a vehicle when there's only one player in the session. working. √
2. to join a player's session, while 1 of the players with the mod on and another one's mod off. Not working. ×
3. tried with 3rd players, made sure that spawning cars not working as long as the mod's on and 2+ people in the session.

PLZ help!!!

heres some updates all calling services are not working if there's another player in the session

It breaks calling services for both the player using, and the player not using the menu for me.

Seems to be related to #688 . That one also goes away in empty lobies.

It doesn't work for me either, if you solve the problem, let me know how you did it.
