[Bug]: AutoTeleportToWayPoint is always true on load, even if set false in settings.json

Describe the bug

This line in my settings.json "autotptowaypoint": false,

but everytime the game loads this feature is on.

Steps To Reproduce

Turn the feature off. Save settings Quit game. Check setting in settings.json, it is set to false. Start game, inject. Check feature - it is on.

Expected Behavior

False is off.
