[Bug]: Issues with HSV and RGB options in color editor

Describe the bug

After recent update (which added hsv) there is now bug exist:

both RGB and HSV forms/sliders does not correctly represent color of the color palette and color of the car.

Red Green and Blue should be 255 max each. As it is RN, this is correct HSV should be H=0-360, S=0-100, V=0-100, which is not like it looks rn.

Here i set full red (which should be 255, 0, 0 RGB) color.

But on here on RGB panel in the menu its somewhy 0, 0, 0 RGB, and for the HSV it looks right, but again, for hsv it should be 0 (or 360), 100% 100%, not 0, 255, 255.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to vehiche > Vehicle editor
2. try to play with changing colors different ways, changing each of the RGB and HSV values.

Expected Behavior

Each HSV and RGB option should be properly displayed and depend on each other.
