[Request]: Instant enter/exit closes vehicle toggle option

Problem

When i modify a lot of cars and need to quickly move between each of them and with animations its time consuming. And when i and other people joining car meets its always gets boring to see this long animation of opening and closing door. With this feature we will also be able to avoid crashes when trying to park closely between cars, or enter vehicle on highway where npcs can just break your door

Solution

Add toggle button in Vehicle > Main > Misc. This toggle button when enabled will let player instantly enter closest vehicle (when its in area of default enter reach radius) without any animation. Add ability to set keybind to this option.
