[Bug]: the hotkey system is broken with the latest changes

Describe the bug

the hotkey key binding is broken like the image and in the setting it reads that the key is assigned to shift like this image
and some of them still not loading like before after re injection

Steps To Reproduce

1.inject the latest dev dll in actions 2. try to assign any hotkey

Expected Behavior

the assigning part was working before
