[Request]: Better Settings

Problem

One of the major problems of the settings sections of the mod is that hotkeys aren't really sorted.

Solution

• Sorting Hotkeys by A-Z at least or by category/sub-category would be the nicest option for us.

• Adding a research bar for hotkeys and/or settings.

• This is a plus, but adding color customization and/or transparency of the menu would be loved too.

• Is this even possible to create themes? In the 418th PR, the contributor had different color scheme and even icons. I know this is custom built, but at least color scheme. Im pretty sure this is a good idea.

• Locale/language option > and this will make people translate it for you. *This is already in backlog, my bad. #113 *

Reason

The only reason is for user comfort. At least hotkeys sorting.
