Both of these can be set using the Stat Editor:
To set the Arena War AP to the max, type in "MPX_ARENAWARS_AP" in the Name box, then enter "10040" for the value under the box, then click "Write".
To set the LS Car Meet Reputation to the max, type in "MPX_CAR_CLUB_REP" in the Name box, then enter "997430" for the value under the box, then click "Write".
If the "Write" box is greyed out, just right-click on it twice to apply the changes. As always with the Stat Editor, use at your own risk. MPX should apply the stat to your current online character, however, if you're using Character Slot #1, you can replace MPX with MP0. If you're using Character Slot #2, then replace MPX with MP1.

Yeah, that's why I came up with this solution here: https://github.com/YimMenu-Lua/RankEditor/blob/main/rank_editor.lua However, when you input a very high rank, the game ends up triggering too many transactions, which is not good.

Yep, exactly, every level you skip won't be unlocked... And right now the globals for AP multiplier aren't working

You're right - I hadn't realized this was an issue until after I increased my LSCM Rep, even though my rep increased, any unlocks associated with the rep increase haven't actually unlocked. That's my bad, thank for you for the correction!

I'm not "texting", I'm typing a reply to a statement. But this is just how I type! I guess it's part of my OCD and wanting things to look "clean". I don't know, I really can't explain how my brain works - but I'm happy to report that I am indeed relaxed, thank you!
