[Bug]: LSCM Stuff isnt unlocked with Remove LSC Restrictions

same as the title

Steps To Reproduce

1- set Remove LSC Restrictions True 2- go to LSC with tuner car 3- any livery/wheel thats locked behind LSCM level still locked away

Expected Behavior

idk if this is a bug or a missing feature so i expected to be unlocked

its not meant to unlock everything i think. Its there so u can modify even special vehicles in normal spraycan shop
