[Request]: implement support for different languages

Problem

Unfortunately, many people don't know how to use the menu because they don't understand English.

Solution

as in the legacy version of yimmenu, it would be nice to have the possibility to change the menu language

Let's just wait fr and maybe soon I can help in translation of the yimmenuv2 to Arabic language :D.

Even if we add a translation API, languages such as Arabic are going to be problematic to use because ImGui doesn't support RTL text rendering, that is, it can't render text from right to left
