Now the IndentLine has been reimplemented in a new way, maybe all the issue has been fixed. Please update it and try again. `g:indentLine_faster` is of no use now.

I think this is a conflict with some other plugin, please remove all your other plugins and have a try.

the theme can not override the indentLine color, I don't know what happened to you.

I have tried the base16-vim theme, it can not override the indentLine's color.

Please remove indentLine and have a try, the issue still exists. I think this issue is not related to indentLine.

I can not reproduce this issue. Can you disable all the other plugins and have a try?
