feat: Add option to delete or keep API keys when uninstalling plugin

IMO, whether to delete credentials should not be an option to users, I prefer deleting them forcefully. How do you think about it？ @laipz8200

have you modified `docker-compose.yaml`? I'm not sure the way you deploy dify, it looks like you are using an external database but have not change db config of plugin_dameon
