Cannot filter the records based on comments

In global search if we try to search the comments,search results are displaying but not able to get that record when we press the comment in search result.

This was the error displaying : Argument 1 passed to App\Utils\Completions::decode() must be of the type string, null given, called in /var/www/yetiforce/modules/ModComments/models/Record.php on line 50.
