Short, automaticly starting buffer interval between Work & Break and Break & Work

Being able to set a short, say 15 - 60 second buffer between Work & Break, then Break & Work intervals would be helpful so one has a little time to disengage without eating into either interval. Example:

Current behavior: Work Interval ---> Break Interval --> Work Interval --> Break Interval

Desired behavior: Work Interval ---> Automatic Starting Pre Break Interval (15 - 60 seconds) ---> Break Interval --> Automatic Starting Pre Work Interval (15 - 60 seconds) ---> Work Interval
