Minimize to tray automatically

Would be good to add an option in the tray plugin to automatically minimize to automatically minimize when work or break timer started. Most of the time I don't need a huge clock on the screen and minimizing it each time is annoying.

And also maybe another option to show the app when it stopped.

I can implement that.
