Event when map has stopped moving

Hello - I would LOVE to have an event fire when the user has stopped moving the map, preferably also with some sort of distance involved, so that I can use the map bounds to load up new markers. Forgive me if I haven't found this in the documentation yet, but I can't find a feature like this?

That feature isn't implemented in the plugin that I'm aware of. We'd have to take a look at the native APIs to see how it might be done.
