Feature request: Ability to set effect for individual imported devices

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It would be very convenient to have the ability to set different effects for each individual strip versus a "scene" that contains multiple lights.

Describe the solution you'd like Using the example from the wiki:

It would be nice to be able to click on the entity and have an option to select the desired effect (whether custom preset or default included effect (retrieve via /api/schema/effects and use defaults?)). e.g. the ability to edit the "mode"

Describe alternatives you've considered Currently I resort to accessing the ledfx UI directly or very manual command_line switches.
