Adding gevent_port to Odoo config file and replace longpolling with websocket in nginx file.

@wm-cortex thanks a lot for your PR! Did you test this both on an older Odoo version (<= 14.0) and on a newer and works fine in both cases? It looks rather good but I have no time to test this is in detail so that is why I'm asking :)

@Yenthe666 Thanks for your reply, my PR applied for branch of 16 to install Odoo 16 only.

Not really, you can switch versions in the 16.0 branch and thus install V13/V14/V15.. from this branch too :)
