Library bumps and getting the Sample app to run on the latest Android Studio

Ran into a few issues while trying to setup the code. So I bumped the following libraries

  1. Android Gradle Plugin
  2. Kotlin Version
  3. Coroutines
  4. Detekt
  5. Realm

Bumped the Target and Compile SDK to 31
