Rake convert of latest 2.3.6 nukes RTL css file

after running rake convert the file at "admin_lte-rails-master/app/assets/stylesheets/admin_lte/rtlAdminLTE.scss" gets zeroed (no content)

RTL issue with the sidebar

The sidebar isn't working properly on small screen devices (see attached image), did you manage to solve that somehow? Thanks!
