Public Folders saved in Private Folder that becomes public missing

Describe the bug?

I wanted to share my Public Folder collection with a friend, but of my dozens of folders they only see 3.

To Reproduce

  1. Create a Private Folder
  2. Save Public Folders in Private Folder from step 1
  3. Make Private Folder public
  4. Save some more Public Folders
  5. Let other Person check contents of now public Collection Folder.
  6. The other person will only see the Public Folders added after making the Collection Folder Public

Reproduction Item/World

I cant reproduce this with an Item.

Expected behavior

When making a Folder public, everything in it should be public.

Log Files

The Logs have no relevance here, there is no error or anything after all.

Additional Context

The only way to make the hidden Folders appear is deleting and resaving them.

The log is definitely relevant. They are not just for errors, but other diagnostic information.

In this case, changing the public will result in record syncing, which is logged. Speaking of, I don't see any of that in the log you provided.

Is the log from the replication of the issue above?
