mesh editing button: remove empty verticies

sometimes a mesh is imported with tons of random vertices that connect to no faces and serve no purpose. if #5878 were to be added this would cause an issue possibly every single vert that is attached to no faces (of which a bad model could have thousands) would be seen as a separate mesh, and thusly become a new static mesh. terrible for performance.
