add support for quick emoji's

when using emoji's in game you ahve to know the unicode value, in aplications like discord you can just do :skull: or other emoji names and it adds it in/autocompletes it
although i know autocomplete is complex it would be nice but the main feature is just :skull:/:wilted_flower: etc etc functional

the ability to quick emoji in text fields that you can interact with. one ui is dms that would very much be good for this

I've seen a few custom keyboards with Emoji dropdown panels that will appear that you can click. And they are sorted into categories..
that is cool but emoji shortcode would be nice as formatting option. sometimes its just quicker to 💀 or to 🥀 than to have to open up an emoji dropdown, scroll though for a minute trying to find the one you want then click on it. Plus on desktop you dont have those custom keyboards as you only have the keyboard on your desk. which is where emoji shortcode comes in the most handy
For something like this you'd need a mapping of keys to unicode emoji characters. You could use the CLDR Short Name of the unicode emoji, however, that is actually different from what Discord is using:
Example, the unicode character 💩 has the CLDR short name "pile of poo", but Discord calls it "poop" (although it still recognizes pile_of_poo" if you enter it manually). I'm not sure if Discord is using some sort of open standard for English emoji names, but since the names users might be familiar from Discord are different from the actual unicode names, it might cause confusion.
There must be a list somewhere as we can also do poop here :poop: ill look into it today yo try to figure it out
