material property block. more than one per material

when using material property blocks if we were to have more than just albieto texture you might want to use both the texture itself and say offset or color. as of right now you cant if we did

once we get more material property blocks the addition of a multidimentional list for the material property blocks (or something else to where we can have multiple mat prop blocks per material)

there are none except high ammounts of cpu time

prerequisite is getting more mat prop blocks and maybe collections
