Expose min and max FOV to Quick Photo Capture settings

Currently the finger photo gesture can be pushed in and out to increase or decrease the FOV/zoom however you can not modify these settings directly.

Having the ability for the min and max FOV to be modified means users can mess with the general zoom of the finger gesture as seen on the PhotoCaptureManager component:

Opening up your userroot and modifying the MinFOV and MaxFOV manually.
Additional Context
I usually modify this to make zoomed in photos but I've seen people use it as a way to zoom in on something from far away before, even if that isn't the intended usecase. Either way, it seems like it could be a fun addition than anything serious.
MinDistance and MaxDistance could be exposed to have finer control but in my testing, changing it makes it feel off.
