bHaptics not addressing vests
Describe the bug?
bHaptics Tactsuit Air (new model of the x16) vest is no longer responding with the bHaptics Player.
It also appears to report address (0.0.0) in the bHaptics player when connected to Resonite.
To Reproduce
- Load bHaptics player and connect bHaptics Tactsuit.
- Load Resonite.
- Use a devtool to confirm haptics points on avatar react.
- Observe no interaction sent to vest.

This is a regression since 2025.5.22.1435
@navy3001 and I just spent some time reproducing this issue and it appears to be sort of responding to the bhaptics player just really strangely and very delayed
In our testing all of the haptics visuals on the resonite side were set off correctly but no haptics ever went off for the chest and only 1 haptic pulse was sent very briefly for arms

When you say that it's delayed, do you see the delay on the visuals in Resonite? Or are the visuals in Resonite responding as you'd expect, but the actual haptics on the hardware are delayed?
nope, the resonite visuals happen instantly and as expected, but the visuals in the bhaptics software showing when the actual haptics went off happened almost 2 minutes later as shown at the 1:40 timestamp in the video
I'll add that visuals light up as intended for me too, but I get zero interaction with my vest, delayed or otherwise. Gigglepuck haptics work as desired, so it doesn't seem to be anything with the avatar triggers/volumes.
