Trying to equip the material tool without permission results in an instant world crash

Describe the issue.

If I don't have builder permissions If I press 4 I'll get an instant world crash

To Reproduce

1. Go into a session you don't have permissions in
2. Try to equip the material tool using 4
3. Notice you get an immediate world crash

Expected behavior

Do nothing besides trigger keyboard event nodes

while I was thinking of why this could be the case the material tool is the only tool with button child audio clip player in the desktop quick lineup which would explain why I'm getting a world crash there might be a problem with that somewhere

I can confirm removing the audio from the Material Tool fixes the issue. I tested this using a mod (DefaultToolOverride) that lets you replace the tools you spawn out with the number keys. (Even with this mod, the crash still occurs when spawning out the normal Material Tool, so it's not that the mod fixed it by itself.)

Does this mean when you press on the number keys it will spawn out the corresponding tool check if you have the permissions to equip it and if not it just deletes the tool?
