Currently Resonite maps all available xinput devices to player controls, and there's a number of specialized controllers that can cause you to be stuck spinning in place due to this.
Describe the solution you'd like
The ability to tell Resonite to ignore/unmap controllers. This could be a universal toggle, or more individualized to allow someone to decide that Resonite should talk to their Xbox controller, but not to their steering wheel.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I currently use HIDHide to hide various devices from Resonite, but a built in option would be appreciated.

In your settings menu you can turn off the Gamepad It should be in controls but I'm not sure if this is desired
That setting only disables the gamepad while the game is unfocused, while the game is the foreground window my guitar will still spin me in place.

Since your underlying issue seems to be tied more to the controllers causing unintended locomotion- it may instead be useful to have an option to prevent certain devices from controlling you in Resonite rather than ignoring them outright- this would leave them accessible for possible further use in Resonite creations.
E.g. it may be beneficial to be able to use that steering wheel to control a vehicle in Resonite while not controlling your character outside of the vehicle with it.
That would be the best option long term, since I also made an issue for more generic gamepad support.
Thumbing up the issue because i'm trying to make something with a Guitar Hero controller, but the Guitar Hero controller causes me to spin, but I want an option to just disable it in Resonite, because i'm handling the inputs from it using OSC.
