Infinite downloading loop on a world

Describe the bug?

downloading assets stuck at 0 bytes per sec

To Reproduce

Im not sure how to recreate the issue at any time , it just happened when I joined this world for the first time, It was downloading like normally then it got stuck at a certain % of the way done like 90% or something , I restarted my game, and joined back into the world, as that fixed it last time, this time it didn't.

Expected behavior

The download progress shouldnt freeze and should finish
