Add "Session Thumnail URL" to session tab and Headless config

Currently (to my knowledge) if a host of a session does not want the session preview to be generated they have to use an item to override the thumbnail.
Describe the solution you'd like
Have a setting/config setting for setting the preview image to be a static image and for headlesses have something like minecrafts server-icon.png that you put in the server folders.

Have a checkbox for "Do not show session preview"

I know that we also have hidden sessions but sometimes that's not desired for contacts only sessions but some users might not want to see the content in the preview.

I don't think there is such a thing already, to my knowledge all you can do is influence where the thumbnail is taken from, not turn it off altogether or override the texture. #3130 is asking for a component to set a static session thumbnail texture, which I think is a good idea. When that gets added I think it would make sense to also have an option in the headless config to set one, that way for example dedicated events could design custom session thumbnails the headless sets. I do think just turning the session thumbnail capture off entirely would be useful as well.
