(Bug Report) My Cursor on both Desktop and Vr are flickering on menus
Describe the bug?
Basically when i try to open up the menu and i wanna spawn something or change a setting it would flicker (example: when you jitter your mouse on the edge of something) everytime idk how to fix it and i really want it to be fixed, ive never had this issue before.

Expected behavior
Menus should spaz and act like your clicking at a fast rate but not doing anything

Is this a new issue with the latest build? Or was this happening for a while?
I recall this issue before when the settings first came out, is it possible you have a very old settings menu? I notice you have the Old Home which implies you haven't done a ResetDash since you migrated.

Has launch options and walks you through them including -ResetDash, do note this will replace your entire dash including getting rid of your Old Home page.
