account.resonite.com fails to register an account due to password requirements

Describe the bug?

You cannot register an account on account.resonite.com if your password does not meet our password rules. Instead you are shown an "application error" page with no feedback telling you what is wrong.

To Reproduce

1. try to create an account on account.resonite.com
2. Use a weak password that does not meet our rules(Minimum 8 characters, 1 capital letter and 1 digit.)
3. You will see the screenshotted page

Expected behavior

1. A user is clearly explained our password requirements.
   • The website states 6 characters minimum which doesn't match with Resonite's underlying account system. so we should sync these.
2. In the event that a password does not meet our requirements a helpful message should be shown
