Load cloud avatar even when the session's host is away

I'm always frustrated when I join a session and my avatar doesn't load. That happens because the host of the session is focused on another session, not the one I joined. I have two choices then:

• equip the avatar myself, then when the host returns the avatar gets equipped again, but at least I have the avatar in the meanwhile
• wait for the host to come back while being in the default avatar

Load joining users' favourited avatars even when the host is not focused on the session.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Leave the behaviour as it is and equip the avatar manually when needed, even though the avatar gets equipped again when the host returns.

Branching this from #123 as a proper feature request as the bug described there is happening when the host is focused on the session, not away.
