Making this issue since there is no existing issue for Icelandic.

Readme did say to make an issue for any new language. I assume this also applies to existing languages with no existing issue. Boss people me know if I did this in error.

Currently I'm working on getting the lacking UI (home screen, contacts, words, login screen) and radial hand menu options to be in Icelandic.
