I'm having this error, even though I have wget installed and the program used to work, I reinstalled everything from scratch but the error persists.

@jooito you have added wget to PATH environment variable (second item)?

Yes I did, as I said before, it was working before. I proceeded to remove and add again before I reinstalled it.
