Add --group-directories-first

This PR adds the "--group-directories-first" option. See #27

Hi, since this repository is abandoned I opened an issue in order to discuss about the feasibility of starting a fork in order to accept and merge contributions and keep the software maintained as far as possibile. Would you please checkout the issue and let me know what you think? I have unmerged stuff too and I would like to keep using logo-ls. Thanks!
