Balance the pack's barrels

Item barrels:

  • Storage Drawers

  • Charset

  • Autoverse

  • Project Red

  • Rustic

I think we should look into buffing Charset so it can store more than a storage drawer. Storage Drawers wins in versatility so it's a good tradeoff.

I'm not sure about the others. Rustic looks nice so it can win the pretty factor. I'm not sure about the others.

The rustic one is a skinned chest iirc.
