Rename aluminum to stainless steel and add a recipe for it

This would gate tesla coils, HV wires, the cheap crafting components engineer's blueprint and some aesthetic things behind some process.

It doesn't need to be as elaborate as the advanced steel recipes, though. I want it to be fairly accessable for balance reasons.

Didn't we say we are keeping aluminum as a production ingot? keeping it off the base metals list and stuff?. Either way, I'd prefer adding our own stainless steel instead of renaming an existing ingot.

I don't see why we would need to. We have plenty of metals to work with. We can easily replace the three useful recipes with something else and just use stainless steel for the aesthetics.

Right now I feel like we have too many metals and not enough reasons to automate them. I'd rather consolidate them.
