Seems like tinkers construct doesn't have glue anymore, we can add our own, or just treat slimeballs as glue and add recipes for and from it accordingly. Thoughts?

Molten tallow could be interesting. Quark's tallow needs more uses.

So I looked it up and tallow can be used as a flux for Soldering. However, it doesn't really seem to be used for plastic, which is more of a Petrochem thing.

tallow is also used for biodiesel

Casein is a milk protein that can be turned into plastic. It's not too much of a stretch.
