Overhaul Thermal Innovations recipes

The Thermal Foundation tech tree doesn't really exist in this pack. We also don't have lead or silver. I'd like to add two sets of recipes, one using Immersive Engineering components and another using Factory Tech. If we keep Tech Reborn, I'll add one for that too.

Should we keep all of the tiers enabled, or just the basic tier?

They are all configurable so we should take whichever one looks better. We can also add different ones similar to the jetpacks but I think we should stick to one for now.

I just checked the configs and it's not nearly as extensive as Iron Packpacks. Unless that gets an overhaul, I think we should keep the Enderium versions and disable everything else.

I think so, but it's personal preference. The enderium ones have the best stats, though. Some people may also be annoyed that they're not using the best version of a tool even if a better tier isn't enabled.

Something about having fancy gear on my hotbar makes screenshots slightly more impressive too.

The stats are configurable though, aren't they? But yea I agree, the fancy effect wins here.
