Different strategies for different countries

With some resources access speed limit in some countries, I chose to use some service or CDN for China's network, but for foreign guest, the blog needs to be improved in access speed level. So I need have a "Different strategies for different countries".

This strategy should cover:

  1. Comment service (duoshuo VS disqus)
  2. CDN (Chinese CDN VS google CDN) 2.1 fonts.useso.com VS fonts.googleapis.com
