Hello, I'm sorry to still have questions about this project and ask you in 2025. When applying my own dataset, when I run the command "python -m nnunet.experiment_planning.nnUNet_plan_and_preprocess -t 909 --verify_dataset_integrity". Only the gt_segmentations folder, the dataset.json file, and the dataset_properties.pkl file are generated in the MAML-main\nnunet\DATASET\nnUNet_raw\nnUNet_cropped_data\Task909_OvaryNVA directory. However, all the.npz and.pkl files are generated in the "MAML-main\nnunet\DATASET\nnUNet_raw\nnUNet_raw_data\Task909_OvaryNVA\imagesTr" folder.

I also want to ask you, is the MAML-main framework based on nnU-Net (V1) or V2?
