Eng as lang in devs

Hi hi, I have some recommendations about the docs here, hope this can be useful in the future.

Is ideal use eng as a main lang in devs, due to programing things are all in english is very usual to almost everyone can understand it, if we can understand the code and the project, there can be more ppl able to help here (README, comments, etc, etc), is good keep other langs in the issues, but how we don't understand it, is hard to help, even my native lang is not eng.

With the docs, again is ideal to have it in eng too, and other languages can be helpful too, to avoid mixing the doc for most ppl and devs, I recommend use this: https://pages.github.com/ There, you can make a webpage for the project, explaining how to use it and the langs you want to.

This is really a constructive suggestion. This project is so far a small project. The main users are Chinese because the model accuracy in recognizing Chinese language is highest. I will do some internationalization if I get spare time but this is not the most important thing because there are lots of language translators that can help ppl understand this project.
