Newer version of paddle paddle for faster speed

I am using prebuilt binary version vse_windows_GPU.7z

It takes quite a time to extract subtitles using 1650 gpu

I was wondering this is using the old version of paddle paddle and upgrading to latest version of paddle paddle 2.7 will speed up things quite a lot.Can you release a new build based on newer version of paddle paddle ?
