running time about kBET

I have some doubt about the running time about the calculation of kBET, I have run the notebook on my own computer provided with https://htmlpreview.github.io/?https://github.com/jiazhao97/Portal-reproducibility/blob/main/Reproduce-Spleen.html. I found it is really time consumed(16min with TabulaMuris-Spleen) about kBET. I wonder the running time of kBET with large-scale dataset and how to speed up? Cound you give me some suggestions about this? thank you!

Thank you for your interest! It will take some time to calculate kBET. To speed up, we recommend subsampling of the dataset.
