Mitochondrial circRNAs with CIRCexploere2

Open BirongZhang opened this issue 1 year ago • 1 comments

Hey,

Thanks for sharing this amazing tool!

I found that chrMT appears in the .bed and .junction files, but not in the final counts table. I was wondering if there is any way to help me generate a circRNA counts table with mitochondrial circRNAs.

Any advice would be highly appreciated. Thanks.

Kind regards, Birong

We did not set filters on the name of chromosomes. Theoretically, if your gene annotations contain mitochondrial genes, it can report mitochondrial circRNAs.
