Editing bugs

I've been using the app for a couple of days now, and these are just a few bugs I've noticed while writing:

• sometimes when backspacing a lot of content at once, if there is a newline in front of the cursor it was get deleted as well
• sometimes when I press the space bar, if the cursor is at the edge of the text box, it was trigger the reading view
• the editor is generally slow, both when typing and when scrolling

And this might be more of a feature request, but it would be nice if the app automatically capitalized the first word of every sentence, which it currently does not.

And just realized this too but a scroll bar in the editing view would be nice, especially for longer documents. More of a feature request again, but I figured this is better than opening five separate issues.
